Primary Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Analyst, Supplier Optimization will collaborate, analyze, and execute to support the Suppliers & Customers (Retailers) experience at KeHE. This role will focus on strengthening the partnerships with our Suppliers & Customers through accurate analysis, clear and actionable communication, and attention to detail. This role will work cross-functionally across many areas of KeHE. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Essential Functions

Primary owner of supplier costing & any requests related to costs.

Collaborates & assists with internal cross-functional teams based on Supplier or Customer (Retailer) requests surrounding KeHE costs & supporting go-to-market strategies.

Collaborates & assists with external Suppliers & Customers (Retailers) on KeHE costs & go-to-market strategies.

Performs data analysis that supports KeHE's go-to-market strategies while communicating findings in a simple way that drives recommendations & influences decision making.

Supports the Supplier Experience by capturing Supplier data during initial Onboarding and any follow-ups relating to cost or opportunities for improvement.

Communicates and interacts with organization's Supply Chain, Sales, Pricing, Transportation, Finance, Systems & Analytics teams to assist with Supplier or Customer related issue resolution, supplier development & special projects.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

Prior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive produce environment or Supplier Master Data experience preferred.

Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint

Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired.

Skillful in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool like: Freshdesk, Salesforce or similar solution

Strong written and verbal skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, including internal and external sr. leaders.

Ability to think critically and independently.

Strong attention to detail

Analytic skills with demonstrated success organizing & analyzing large amounts of data.

Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on Supplier or Customer satisfaction and performance to KPI’s.

Estimated travel requirements <5% or as needed.

BA or BS or 5+ years of work experience

1-3 years of work experience
