We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Heavy Highway projects.

Responsibilities: As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of heavy highway construction projects from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will include: 1.

Managing and supervising heavy highway construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.

2.

Overseeing the bidding process, including preparing and reviewing bids, conducting negotiations, and securing contracts.

3.

Coordinating with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

4.

Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.

5.

Preparing and presenting project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

6.

Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks and issues.

7.

Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines related to heavy highway construction.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in heavy highway construction.

2.

Proven experience with airport projects, heavy bid processes, and heavy job procedures.

3.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

4.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

5.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

7.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.

8.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
