Primary roles and responsibilities You will be required to:
Greet potential and existing clients and get them to fill in their details for the reference of our migration agents
Answer phone calls from new and existing clients, inform them about our products and services and connect them with the appropriate team members based on your understanding of the client’s needs
Schedule consultation appointments for new and existing clients with our migration agents and educational experts
Collect on-site payments for consultation appointments and also via email/phone as needed
Additional roles and responsibilities Apart from this, you may be expected to
Collect documents from clients based on their profiles and visa requirements
Input client details into the company's custom CRM
Communicate with existing clients
Convert inbound leads into business
Make follow-up calls to potential clients
Respond promptly and effectively to clients' queries via phone, messages & emails
Provide fact-based insights to assist in the development and delivery of key business strategies
Conduct analytical and strategic problem solving of key business issues
Work collaboratively with other team members of the organisation for an effective and positive outcome of client cases
Proactively make positive contributions towards the overall functioning of the organisation
Working with our Registered Migration Agents to develop, articulate and deliver the strategic priorities of the business.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in the similar role
A flexible and adaptable, can-do attitude with attention to detail
The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet short deadlines
Impeccable command over written and verbal aspects of the English language
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The abilities to learn quickly and work individually after being trained
The ability to decisive and firm when decision-making is required
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Primarily Excel)
