Highgate International College, a registered training organisation located in the CBD, is currently seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist at Highgate International College, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support our sales objectives and promote our VET training programs. You will also be responsible for engaging with education agents to expand our reach in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans for Highgate International College, including market research, audience targeting, and campaign creation.
Conduct market research to implement new strategies and improve on the market.
Plan, develop, and organise advertising campaigns tailored to support sales objectives at Highgate International College.
Create and monitor marketing campaigns to reach the target audience and create brand awareness.
Manage digital marketing such as social media, website and any other communications with stakeholders and partners.
Maintain relationships with both stakeholders and students and keep up to date of the industry trend.
Regularly assess marketing objectives and policies for enhancement and compliance with regulations.
Analyse marketing campaigns performance through digital marketing metrics.
Provide recommendations on marketing aspects like pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling techniques, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions and student services to align marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Bsuiness Adminsitration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics
