Glazier

Miro Bay Pty Ltd trading as Well Hung Glass and Aluminium are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Glazier to join their team in Aitkenvale QLD 4814.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine size, shape, colour, type of thickness of glass, location of framing and installing procedures

Install glass, smoothing rough edges with bed sanders or smoothing wheels and trimming them as required

Ensure excess glass is disposed of safely and all products are inspected for defects or weakness

Ability to coat, cut, etch, trim and treat glass to achieve special effects

Skills and Abilities:

Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or equivalent

Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within related field-

Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience
