Job Description & SummaryA career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.
Looking for Temporary Assistant to join us from period Aug 2024 Nov 2024.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Operations team, requiring physical presence in office where required to support scanning, mailing, facilities management etc
Coordinate schedules with corporate secretarial offices
Communicate with audit engagement teams on follow up requests or information
Perform reconciliation of data between different systems or reports
Data entry, cleansing and report generation
Requirements:
Diligent and willing to learn
Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
Able to work overtime, if needed
Keen to work with numbers
Good written and communication skills
Meticulous and possesses an eye for details
