As a Senior Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing the support to the team with administrative and clerical support as required, with a dedicated focus on supporting the team on record management both electronic and hardcopy filing of all Core bids.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in record management – electronic and hardcopy filing of all Core bids to ensure compliance with quality assurance systems/standards.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to join our Power and New Energy team in Singapore.

The role responsibilities include:

Provide support to the Principal Managing Consultant – Power and New Energy or Team for all core proposal/bidding activities as required.

Provide support to the wider business on associated pursuit documents relating to the Bid/No Bid adjudication process including the completion and management Bid/No Bid, Risk Assessment, Project Initiation, Pursuit Strategy Memo and Prompt List, and Proposal Budget Form Exhibit forms prior to the Bid/No Bid Panel Meeting.

Coordination of the Bid / No Bid Panel, including coordination of all tenders, adjudicated (timings), agenda management, Delegation of Authority to attend the Panel, record management of all pursuit documentation including authorisation to Project Controls for proposal initiation.

Record management – electronic and hardcopy filing of all Core bids to ensure compliance with quality assurance systems/standards.

Assisting (including tracking of status), updating and recording bid records via excel spread sheets.

Formatting, collation and final presentation of proposal documentation, to ensure grammatical correctness and compliance with proposal themes.

What you’ll have

Diploma or Degree in any field.

At least 3 years in a similar role supporting proposal and/or marketing/sales activities.

Able to use CRM software’s such as Salesforce and etc.

Demonstrable ability to perform well under pressure, managing fluctuating workloads, multiple assignments and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
