Having founded and sold several successful businesses within the electronic payment industry over the last 22 years, Jeff, our Founder was perpetually nagged by 2 deeply held desires (both seemed nearly impossible in an industry fraught with fast talkers and fine print.)

1. Help merchants be more successful by bringing awareness and understanding to an often misunderstood piece of their business- electronic payments

2. Utilize the required credit card fees collected by the merchants to positively impact local charities and nonprofits.

In 2019, Pay Proudly was born with a Mission to bring clarity, generosity and charity to our local community so that businesses and charities can experience sustained growth and success.

What does Pay Proudly do: Pay Proudly provides clear, honest and personable Electronic Payment and Point of Sale Services to Merchants and business owners in a variety of sectors including retail; medical; dental; hospitality and home services. As active members of our community, we listen to the needs and goals of each business owner to develop a custom payment processing solution that saves time, money and helps make attaining their goals easier.

Our roles are clearly defined to leverage each team member’s ‘unique genius’ yet we are flexible to ensure we are positioned to provide support and ‘all hands on deck’ when needed. Our Founder, Jeff can be found leading strategic meetings with multi-national companies or installing a credit card terminal at our local Dentist office. From the top down, we communicate and collaborate.

If you thrive in a larger organization with narrowly defined lanes of responsibility with little cross-over into other roles or tasks, you are NOT LIKELY to love it here.

Why We Need You:

As a result of continued growth, and recent technology partnerships we have an incredible, fully intergrated credit card processing solution for dentists that saves practices a significant amount of time, money and frustration. We need you to help us identify, reach and close this new market in big ways which also drives massive impact to the charities we support.

We are hiring a Full Time, experienced and motivated sales professional with a will to win and proven record of success.

This role is a top priority at the company.

Because every client starts their relationship with Pay Proudly through one of our team members who generously provides honest credit card processing clarity and charity to our local communities. In the last 6 months, we have hired, trained and invested in the development of our operations and support capabilities in preparation for the roll out of our unique Dental Processing Solution. We wanted to be certain this vertical specific solutions was full developed and we were fully prepared to offer the personal superior support we are know for. All the pieces are in their place except you. We need to add another world-class B2B sales professional to our team “ASAP.”

This role is important because without you we cannot get our time and money saving solutions into the hands of more dentists and business owners fast enough and the more clients we have the more we give to support local communities!

You will own 3 primary metrics as sales specialist:

1. The "reach out rate” for the leads you find and reach out to

2. The number of demo's or 'pitches' given

3. Number of Applications Completed

Those 3 primary metrics will be supported by a number of strategic activities:

a. Effective Planning and Networking to identify more qualified target to put into your pipeline

b. Doing the work. to begin the sales process. Cold Call Visits, calls and other activities to reach decision makers and schedule demos

c. Consistently managing the sales process - data entry and admin to maintain good records, keep the process moving and to close leads quickly and efficiently

Requirements

Success Profile

You have 2+ years of experience as a sales representative

You have won awards or been recognized for your sales accomplishments

You love listening to prospects and finding their pain points

You love presenting our services and solutions to those specific pain points and creating trust with the client to learn if they see value

Who is very self aware, knows their strengths… and weaknesses.

Show up each day with a positive outlook and eager to take on the day

You love making offers and closing deals, and being challenged to convert the “I need to think about it”

You are hungry to earn residual commissions

You take ownership for your results- good and bad

You know how to run a clean sales process and are good at consistently managing pipelines and opportunities

You are are an extremely hard worker who doesn't “hope someone signs up” but does whatever it takes to close deals

You naturally attract people. People enjoy being around you, you have something in common with everyone and value relationships.

Ideally, you are a proven sales closer with b2b experience and demonstrated success

Ideally, you understand or have experience in the dental or orthodontics markets.

You are available 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday for work in the Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton Head area
