Job Description
Laser Operator - Runs laser machine manufacturing small, delicate medical parts and handles parts through other processes.
1st Shift - 07:00am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift - 03:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 07:00am
Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
Must be able to follow detailed work instructions, as trained.
Microscope experience preferred but not required.
Prior laser machining or machining experience is preferred but not required.
Expectations:
Outstanding attendance-absence sentence impacts production
Must be 18+
Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination - very small parts
Ability to follow very specific work instructions.
Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
Shift stays the same, no movement. (If placed on 2nd shift they stay on 2nd shift)
Career driven - we want someone who sees a career here not a temporary job
Must have transportation.
Overtime available can include weekends.
No food on the production floor at any time. Beverages are OK in approved containers.
No photos taken on the production floor.
No phones out during work time.
