Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager ensures excellence in: Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during his/her shift. The Restaurant Manager has financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures daily. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves to coach and follow-up with personnel encouraging a smoothly operating restaurant. We encourage the Restaurant Manager to assist in continuing the growth and development of all team members. As our Restaurant Manager, you would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere
A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements
Must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
Must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
