FERRAGAMO is seeking an Warehouse Lead to join our team. Reporting into our Warehouse Manager, located in our Secaucus distribution center. This position will be onsite, 5 days in office. The ideal candidate will work closely with logistics teams, picker-packers, warehouse management and understand the safety of working within a warehouse. Focusing on operational excellence in our e-commerce and logistics departments.
Responsibilities:
Manage the orders prioritizing any back log
Maintain open communication with e-commerce team
Manage the team at best following the KPI established
Make sure e-commerce packaging guidelines are followed
Player-coach managing a small team of 2-3 warehouse associates
Supervise and lead maintain high standard of operations, following the KPI established and making sure the team is sized based on volume
Have punctuality when problems with orders arise
Overview all the activities of the Digital orders including the reverse logistics
ORDERS
Check the orders in the system, book the order, pick-pack and ship
REVERSE LOGISTICS
Process shipped orders
Perform quality control
Verify orders are properly picked – packed and executed
Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience with fulfillment of ecommerce order and 3pl
Management experience
Experience with software is CLICK for orders and for reverse logistic as well
deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision.

The compensation for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000. The rate of pay offered will be determined upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
