We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Methadone team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to adults and youths.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) on the Methadone team you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop patient treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s). The PCP’s will include input from the patients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. The LCAS may provide services to individuals and groups to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process and medication administration and other nursing services to individuals addicted to opiates.

How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive salary between $47,000 and 60,000 depending on skills and experience. This full-time, 40-hours / week position offers a primary schedule of Monday-Friday from 6:00 am-2:00 pm with evening and morning flexibility depending on patient and program needs with rotating weekends and Holidays. This position is on-site. We also offer benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the LCAS you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques for substance use therapies as well as their practical application in an Outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:

Full or provisional Substance Abuse licensure - LCAS/LCASA

Dual licensure is preferred – LCSW, LCMHC

Experience in Substance Abuse services, preferred

One year of experience providing medication assisted treatment preferred
