Job Details

Core Responsibilities:

Accounting: Optimize system for recording & approving invoices, reconciling general ledger accounts, and monitoring budgets and cashflow.

Loans: Administer loan agreements, submit pay applications, and maintain compliance with lender requirements.

Tax: Assist with quarterly and annual tax reports. Recommend & execute on tax strategies that align with business goals.

People Development: Train & Manage an accountant & bookkeeper team

Qualifications:

CPA certification

US work authorization

Bachelor’s degree

6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting

4+ years Real Estate industry experience

Chinese-English Bilingual (Highly preferred)

Quickbooks Pro (Preferred)
