Description: The Responsible Investing (RI) team are subject matter experts on environmental and social issues and work in tandem with our Governance team to support Analysts and Portfolio Managers in integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations into the investment process.

The Senior Data Analyst, Responsible Investing will support the RI team in delivering a best-in-class RI program across T.

Rowe Price.

They will support a range of work across the RI team to include customized ESG quantitative analysis, maintaining ESG data dashboards, assisting the team in running portfolio reviews and data quality checks.

Responsibilities: Conducting quantitative analysis that helps the RI team respond to requests from investment professionals Supporting the RI team in providing data required for regular ESG portfolio reviews with portfolio managers Maintaining ESG data dashboards that assist in our firm level ESG commitments Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ESG data to validate queries from internal stakeholders Support the Business Management team in managing and monitoring the ESG exclusion process Support the Business Management team in data oversight and conducting regular data quality reviews Provide routine and ad hoc report analytic support for engagement monitoring and engagement target tracking Required Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Outstanding analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.

Strong coding skills in Python Attention to detail Ability to communicate well – oral and written Ability to learn and work with multiple systems effectively Multitask, prioritize work collaboratively and independently Resourceful, self-motivated, and intellectually curious Excellent Excel skills Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships Preferred Work experience in the investment industry and an understanding of its emerging challenges CFA charter not required, but fluency with finance and accounting concepts is helpful Knowledge of SQL or Power BI Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We strive for equity, equality, and opportunity for all associates.
