We have a dedicated function for Clinical Research and manage other healthcare service delivery lines which are Retail Pharmacy, Retail Laboratory and “Care at Home”. We further plan to scale up and expand in few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system.

Job Location - Gurgaon Work Days - 6 days week Job Description - Own and drive the repeat revenues and LTVs for existing patients.

Plan, execute, and measure campaigns and conversion tests; Demonstrate success in the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing programs, delivering to demand campaign objectives; Liaise with Doctors through the entire campaign journey to ensure input, alignment, and understanding of the campaign approach and details; Excellent co-ordination with Doctors towards content creation/approval and campaign execution with growth oriented mindset.

Orchestrate campaign design and execution across all channels to deliver monthly cross-sell marketing objectives; Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing retention / growth led campaigns to increase footfalls, market share through higher penetration and awareness as a Hospital of Desire Strives to achieve Retention goals and targets & evaluate the performance of the team.

Provide guidance & support to the team in achieving the desired targets Define KPIs, measure effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust optimize upsell/cross-sell programs as needed; Test and recommend different content themes, formats to generate desired campaign outcomes;Identify campaign trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; Identify growth opportunities by continuously working cross-functionally with the Product, Performance Marketing, Data, Content, and Design team.

Oversee and optimize email/web push/sms campaign strategies to drive customer retention and sales, including lifecycle communication and personalized triggers.

Requirements: Minimum work experience of 8 to 10 years in Campaign Management / Marketing, preference from Healthcare.

Should have experience in Planning, Handling & executing CRM campaigns with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, purchase habits, personalization, and analytics.

Should have prior experience in managing all channels of CRM including Whatsapp, SMS, email, push/web notifications, direct mail, in-app and on-site.

Must have experience of working on Engagement tool, Web Engage, Mo Engage, Clever tap, Netcore etc.

Strong analytical and number crunching skills.
