Service Engineer/Manager-Refiner

Major Duties:

Onsite service with inspection, measurement, maintenance, commissioning and start up.

Guiding customer to disassembly and assembly equipment or spare parts replacement, control quality and progress of maintenance work.

In workshop to guide maintainer to disassembly and assembly equipment or spare parts replacement, control quality and progress of maintenance work.

Equipment fault analysis on site and trouble shooting.

Fully communication with customer on site, collection information/data of business.

For overhaul service to assist product manager on maintenance plan/ maintenance proposal.

Report and feedback job schedule of service work to supervisor, product manager and sales.

Support and practice team spirit and cooperative spirit.

Competencies:

College or Bachelor Degree

More than five years experience in Paper Industry or Paper Mill

Good customer relationship

Good English with advantage

Endure long business trips/outside
