Eagle TG is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and self-starting Program Manager to join our team in Washington DC.
Missing a certification for this position? Eagle TG will work with candidates that are otherwise fully qualified to help them obtain required certifications such as CompTIA Sec+, ITIL, CISSP, and other required certifications."
Compensation is based on geographical location, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities
Manages complex projects/programs from design and development to systems production/ enhancements.
Help define and documents requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
Defines and schedules project/program implementations.
Manages risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
Directs and oversees project engineering teams and manages conflicts within a group.
Performs team assessments and evaluations.
Identifies and solves project issues efficiently and effectively.
Directs the development and maintenance of technical and project documentation.
Manages program and individual project budgets and integrated schedules.
Prepares and presents documentation and briefings to customers.
Requirements
Current or ability to obtain a US Gov't Medium Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance
8 years minimum experience managing complex projects and geographically diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in IT related field of study or equivalent 4 or more years of experience
Experience managing contract performance including planning, budgeting, and delivery
Excellent speaking, writing, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
Experience supervising teams at multiple locations
Ability to work with diverse individuals and cross functional teams
PMI PMP or better
Desired
Experience supporting National Park Service IT services and systems
ITIL Foundation V3 or better
