YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SERVICE DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a full-time Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, your typical day will be filled with dynamic responsibilities, including efficiently managing service technicians' schedules, answering customer calls with a smile, coordinating return trips when necessary parts become available, and maintaining our customer database to ensure our records are up to date. With your exceptional customer service skills, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer interactions, ensuring that each individual receives the top-quality service they expect and deserve. Your ability to adapt, prioritize, and communicate clearly will make you an indispensable part of our team.

Here's what we need from you:

High school diploma or GED

3 years of customer service, dispatching, or project management experience

Geographical knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills

Proficiency in using a computer

Excellent customer service skills

Highly organized and an ability to multi-task

Knowledge of the plumbing and HVAC industry is a plus. More than 3 years of customer service and dispatching experience is a bonus!
