We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality in our enterprise solution deliveries. This role demands a blend of technical prowess and leadership skills to guide our testing teams toward excellence. DataHouse specializes in delivering advanced data architecture solutions to our public sector clients. Through our partnership with AWS, we aim to design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions that drive efficiency, insight, and value across enterprise data landscapes.

*This position can be based from a home office in the US (west coast preferred), or at our beautiful headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii.

**Frequent business travel might be requested.

Specific duties

Lead the planning, design, and execution of testing strategies for complex IT projects, including both manual and automated testing.

Collaborate with project managers, software developers, and clients to integrate quality assurance processes into all phases of project development.

Manage a team of quality assurance analysts and testers, providing mentorship and support to ensure project milestones are met with precision.

Conduct thorough analyses to identify any bugs or issues, ensuring they are addressed prior to product launches or deployments.

Continuously evaluate and incorporate new testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and defect tracking for stakeholders.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and testing within the IT consulting industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in government, healthcare, or banking sectors.

Proven track record of leading quality assurance teams in the successful delivery of enterprise solutions.Expertise in various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), and technologies (e.g., AWS, Cloud Services, SaaS/PaaS solutions).

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team and interfacing effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or relevant AWS certifications are highly desirable.
