As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing mechanical systems and components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of these systems. Your expertise in mechanical engineering principles, codes, standards, and design software will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Mechanical Engineer you will:

Design modifications and improvements to equipment, mechanism and tooling based on established concepts and instructions in support of new product and process development projects.

Create preliminary and detail design drawings using 3D solid modeling with proficiency as a Mechanical Engineer

Utilize advanced software to ensure proper form, fit and function of tooling and machine assemblies through a full range of motion. Apply analytical methods and industry best practices to evaluate equipment design

Contribute to the creation of project and plans as required and provide status updates to ensure projects are completed in a timely manor

Be involved in the development of new or improved processes and/or equipment to facilitate the introduction of a new product or an improvement in cost, quality or delivery of existing productsRequirements:

Required qualifications for a Mechanical Engineer:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent experience

1-2 years minimum experience in a related engineering manufacturing or automation environment

A solid understanding of SolidWorks, Auto CAD and Microsoft Office

Understanding of ISO 9001 and Plex ERP System a plus for a Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer's demonstrate safe work practices, work with limited supervision, and communicate with coworkers, manager and other department
