Ghost Ranch is seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment

Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

Upsell and promote specials or featured drinks

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting

Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Must be of legal drinking age and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
