Now Hiring Full Time Delivery Drivers for FedEx Ground Contractor!

FedEx Ground is looking to hire full-time delivery drivers in the Quincy, MA area. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! If you are looking to further your career as a professional driver, we look forward to having you on the team!

Our drivers will be operating step vans, (P1000, P1200) and straight trucks.

CDL License is NOT required!

Pay: Hourly pay,$1,000 per week starting for full-time drivers

Benefits: ALL BENEFITS ACTIVE AFTER 30 DAY PROBATION PERIOD

Paid Time Off (accrued, up to about 2 weeks per year)

5 days sick leave (accrued)

Work Hours:

4 days per week, 5 days per week, 6 days per week

4, 8 and 10 hour shifts

Weekends, Mornings, Afternoons or Full Time

8:30AM start until delivery completion around 6:30PM

FedEx Delivery Driver Requirements:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older

1 Year of Driving Experience for a job

Must be able to pass a Drug Test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.) Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)

Must be willing to submit to a background check

Physically able to handle packages up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities of a FedEx Delivery Driver

Arrive at terminal in Quincy, MA to pick up vehicle and/or packages

Loading and Unloading packages from truck

Delivering packages to destination

Scanning and Logging Packages

SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!

Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal- Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus!
