We are a multi-specialty private medical group that is committed to providing outstanding service to our surrounding communities. Care and concern for the patient are at the core of all we do. We consistently strive for excellence and provide the highest quality of care possible, with compassion for the patient and the patient's family always front and center.

We are very proud and protective of what we have created and try every day to create a positive work environment and show our appreciation to our employees

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL SCRIBE

As a Medical Scribe in our private practice, you're essential in providing support to our patients by meticulously maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records during their appointments. This includes documenting exam findings, procedures, and treatment plans as directed by the provider, as well as ensuring prompt transmission of office visit notes to primary care physicians. In the exam room, you follow the physician's lead, adeptly transcribing patient histories and physical exams to accurately document each encounter. You record diagnoses, symptoms for follow-up, and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.

Additionally, you'll actively collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and patients to ensure effective communication and documentation practices. If you're eager to gain valuable experience working directly alongside physicians during patient exams, this role presents an ideal opportunity for you to thrive and grow in your career journey.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Join our private practice as a Medical Assistant and become a vital part of our compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. From warmly welcoming patients and efficiently escorting them to their rooms to assisting our physicians during evaluations and treatments, including attending to patient wounds, applying dressing, splints, and bracing, your role is pivotal in ensuring patient comfort and safety. You'll also play a key role in maintaining practice efficiency by preparing examination rooms, coordinating follow-up appointments, and managing inventory, all while adhering to strict safety protocols. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives and thrive in a fast-face, well-organized environment, this position is perfect for you. Join us in our mission to provide compassionate care and make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives every day.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULER

Join us in our entry-level customer service position where you'll be the backbone of patient care. From checking in patients to obtaining insurance authorizations and verifying coverage, you'll ensure smooth operations and timely care. You'll also oversee the receipt of all necessary radiology tests before appointments and maintain meticulous patient documentation. Your knack for organization and communication will shine as you liaise between patients and physicians, handling everything from insurance procedures to maintaining patient confidentiality. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is tailor-made for you!
