Desert Ready Mix is a well-established company in Arizona. We have been open since 2014. We are looking for a Customer Service Rep for our Nevada location, with great work ethic and a friendly attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with co-workers’ drivers and customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assist with inbound customer and driver calls
• Enter customer orders accurately and timely into dispatch system
• Review orders for accuracy
• Manage time efficiently and work effectively with all members of the dispatch team
• Communicate information to supervisors and/or customers via messaging system, telephone, and internal dispatching system
• Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day
• Customer Service follow-up as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:
• Commitment to exceeding expectations
• Beginner to intermediate skill set of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams with strong interpersonal skills
