Full Time Position - Competitive Salary - Benefits- No Weekend or Eve Hours

Essential responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

Work rejections from insurance carriers daily.

Contact insurance companies

Submit Appeals

Work reports assigned by Accounts Receivable Supervisor within given guidelines.

Contact patient upon receipt of patient correspondence.

Customer Service

Documentation.

Verify Benefits and eligibility

Reconcile daily

Answer patient incoming calls

Communicate with all departments of the practice as needed

Requirements:

Skills Needed

Attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of No Fault appeals and arbitration

Excellent organizational abilities

Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing

Quickly and effectively identify and resolve problematic situations

Comfortable analyzing information and dealing with complexity

Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner

Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization in a professional manner

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a changing environment
