About the role -

We’re looking for a digital marketing executive to create and administer digital marketing solutions that help LMG brokers find and keep more clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Martech team, the broker marketing executives and the consumer content and design teams to implement our broker marketing strategy with excellence.

Mission-

Deliver a 5-star marketing onboarding experience to brokers who are joining LMG, ensuring they are set up with our marketing platforms and have a strategy in place to drive leads into their business. You will be responsible for building SEO optimised websites, as well as setting up Google Business Profiles, social pages, marketing automation and NPS tools to help them achieve a strong online presence.

You will also support them with activating their business in their local marketplace, whether that is through competitions, events, signage or leveraging referral partner relationships. Work closely with the marketing and broker success teams to outline a 12 month marketing plan (MLG plan, Website, Social Media - Social Post and Amplify - Chatmeter, Broker Reel, reviews plan, database marketing via Active Pipe, etc.) to every LMG Partner who joins LMG.

Provide reports and insights to businesses 90 days after their onboarding to demonstrate the impact of your marketing strategy and provide recommendations to improve further.

Support the Growth team with marketing showcases to prospects who are considering aggregating with LMG.

Key responsibilities -

Primary point of contact for new businesses (and Loan Writers) who join our LMG service plan offerings and require marketing support (during their onboarding period)

Work with the implementation team to implement the first 12 month marketing plan with the business

Run onboarding meetings with new businesses to run through their 12 month marketing plan and deliver a marketing health check

Build SEO optimised websites - to be live within two weeks of the business going live with LMG

Create and optimise social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for new businesses

Create (and verify) optimised Google Business Profile listings for all new businesses and support them with a Google review strategy

Generate a design collateral pack for each new business when they go live

Ensure systems are up to date with correct marketing information (logo, colours, bios, photos etc.)

Sell LMG’s marketing subscription (and add-on) services to new businesses and help onboard them to the solutions (e.g. Social Post, Chatmeter)

Implement Member NPS program via Jago (for broker businesses that subscribe)

To succeed in this role you will bring with you:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in digital marketing or a degree in Marketing.

Understanding of SEO

Social Media knowledge

Email Marketing knowledge

A passion for emerging marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing and a strong drive to keep learning

Strong attention to detail
