We are looking for a competent Account Executive to monitor, service, and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and thrive working independently but also contributing to the greater team mission. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The Account Executive monitors the quality of a book of transportation factoring clients to minimize credit losses while increasing the term and profitability of the client/factoring relationship.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client and assess the client’s needs.

Manage and maintain relationships with factoring clients.

Organize documentation and prepare client invoices as needed.

Approve daily advances.

Monitor collateral quality and collateral trends.

Collaborate with inter departments on issues that arise with your book of clients.

Manage problem accounts or workouts as needed.

Handle other duties as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.

Experience:

·2-4 years in a Customer Service position, Transportation & Logistics, Factoring or commercial finance environment preferred.

SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of the trucking industry preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
