We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients by administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. The Nurse is responsible to provide medical & history screens and assessments and to accurately document them in the EMR.

Provide routine nursing care and overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the client in coordination with the attending physician.

The Nurse provides all services under supervision of the Medical Director and Director of Nursing.

We are a highly experienced team of addiction and mental health specialists, board-certified doctors & nurses provide best in class advanced addiction and mental health treatment.

Requirement:

Licensed as Licensed Practical Nurse in the appropriate state (Florida) and maintains current licensure per state requirements.

Experience with Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Detox, Psychiatric Disorders

Expertise in documentation on time to meet AHCA standards.

Maintains current CPR.

Knowledge of Joint Commission, DCF, and AHCA Standards for all levels of care.

Knowledge of Safety Management/ Infection Control/ Risk Management/Medication Administration.

- Document patient information accurately and timely

- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (M,W, F)
