The Basics of the Position
Communicating with internal staff, customers, and subcontractors to coordinate timelines.
Provides administrative support to Senior Manager including but not limited to report generation, client billing preparation, document review/proofreading, and estimate/contract compilation.
Photo review of completed jobs
Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and timeline coordination.
Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability/willingness to travel frequently during week days (expenses paid)
Effective communication skills both oral and written
Ability to quickly learn company and client software
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
A positive approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with computers and computer programs
Strong customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
