Job: Legal Office Administrator

Location: Fully Onsite, Washington DC

Job Type: Temp to Hire

LHH has an immediate need for an experienced Office Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client in Washington, DC. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Front Office, Break Room, and Conference area as well as facilities management and administrative duties. This position is key to maintaining the smooth operation of daily tasks within a professional and dog-friendly office environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative duties, including scheduling, client communication, and document management.

Handle front desk operations such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing mail and deliveries.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, external partners, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Manage the organization and maintenance of legal files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Order and manage office supplies

Engage with the firm’s dog-friendly policy by occasionally assisting with pet-related tasks to ensure a comfortable environment for both pets and staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

At least two years of experience in a similar role within a legal setting, including front desk/reception duties.

Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Superb verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.

Discretion in handling confidential information.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
