Responsibilities

Responsible for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting during the batch delivery

Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily inspections of overseas service center and maintenance center.

Feedback on product quality issues and resolve them with CQM tools.

Responsible for customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.

Design the product troubleshooting guide base on the local customers' requirement.

Assist Commercial engineer to manage the spare parts

Qualifications

Mechanical, electrical, automation and other engineering disciplines.

Familiar with inverter, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.

Accept travelling, hard-working and have good communication skills and team spirit.

Fluent in English
