Our client, a manufacturing company in Ontario is looking for a Territory Account Manager to join their team and manage the GTA region.
What you will do in this role:
Meet or exceed sales target & assigned KPI’s.
Schedule and execute in office educational seminars – In-person and virtual.
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
Make in-person visits, telephone calls and educational seminars to prospective customers as required.
Ensure customer information is accurate in the CRM and that it is updated daily with all sales and prospecting activities.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Analyzes the territory's potential and determines the value of new and existing customers value to the organization.
Provides management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of market conditions and competitive activities.
Comply with ISO 9001 specifications and GMP regulations.
Will follow the responsibilities as outlined in the Ontario Health and Safety Act
Attending and selling at trade shows
Other duties as assigned by manager.
What you will bring to the role:
College or University degree
Strong communications skills (writing, reading, and speaking) English, and French would be an asset.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Comfort with public speaking and delivering educational seminars.
Strong relationship building capabilities.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with the Challenger Sales method
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
Experience in a dental or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
