The Regional Operations Leader will be a key member of the Corporate Operations Team, working directly with ownership to drive operational excellence across all restaurants within the brand. This position will be responsible for managing and executing key initiatives that will drive operational efficiencies, business growth, and a high level of customer service across the region.

Key Accountabilities Include:

Oversee and manage corporate operations of the restaurants within the region, with a dedicated focus on continuous operational improvement.

Support and lead existing training initiatives for the company, ensuring consistency of performance across the brand.

Lead the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to Restaurant managers and staff.

Assist with recruitment, training, and development of high performing teams to maintain a high level of service and professionalism across all restaurants.

Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to ensure financial targets are being met and exceeded.

Partner with the ownership team to facilitate all new location openings within the region.

Develop and manage strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services, while optimizing pricing and quality.

Provide support to key corporate functions which include Health and Safety, Quality Management, and HR Management as required.

Key Qualifications Include:

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management within the quick-service industry, ideally with previous experience in managing multiple locations.

Post- Secondary education in Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration would be considered an asset.

Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators that drive business growth and profitability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results.

Strong customer service focus and a dedication to meeting high standards of service.
