Project Coordinator/Inside Sales – Construction Service Solutions
We are looking for an ambitious customer centric construction or engineering individual who wants to move into a solution sales role. This role is salary for the first year and comes with full sales training and a supportive team. After the first year, it is Salary + commission and the sky is the limit for earning potential.
Our valued Client is based in Edmonton, AB and delivers a full range of safe, reliable engineered forming, shoring, and scaffolding solutions, servicing the residential, commercial, civil and infrastructure markets.
If you have experience working with forming, shoring, and scaffolding equipment, you will hit the ground running.
Must Have :
3+ years of relevant experience (construction, QS, Estimation or Engineering)
Strong ability to read blueprints
Ability to visualize forming and shoring schemes
Microsoft Office (MS Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver's license
Must be able to travel
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of forming and shoring equipment
College diploma in relevant field
Experience doing takeoffs/estimates
Salesforce Experience
ERP system experience
Responsibilities:
Assists with material take offs
Assist with creating and tracking quotations
Maintains records of projects to properly manage job sites; generates other reports as required.
Determine preliminary equipment availability.
Consults with engineering and operations departments as required.
Attend internal and customer meetings as required and record and prepare written minutes and action item logs
Attend project kick off meetings and record minutes
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour, and attitude at all times.
