Director of Product Management

About the Client:

Our client, a North American venture-backed HR tech startup, which has scaled to $100M ARR and a workforce surpassing 400, is pursuing ambitious growth.

The Opportunity:

Our client is looking to add a brand new Director of Product to their Employee Engagement SaaS organization.

In this role, you will own the roadmap for their suite of Performance Management SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on 0 - 1 activities.

This is a player/coach position leading a team of 3 Product Managers that will grow over the course of 2024.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

5 - 7 years' experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on Enterprise-grade, cloud-based products.

A minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead, Group/Staff, Principal Product Manager role.

Experience with new product development and launch, ideally dealing with a non-technical customer base.

Previous experience with HR, Human Capital Management or Employee Engagement SaaS will be a huge plus.
