Freelancer Medical Customer Service Representative - Sweden

(Freelance/Project-based)

We are hiring a representative who will be responsible for helping doctors and patients connect with each other. If you are interested in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like the opportunity to work with you!

Your responsibilities:

Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients in Sweden

Calling, Screening and scheduling appointments for patients (no sales calls, pure customer engagement).

Being part of a team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients connect with each other.

Your profile:

You speak Swedish (mother-tongue) and English.

You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.

You have experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email. Ideally, you have worked in a Call Center before.

You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a excellent service to customers.

You can choose your own availability, whether that is morning, afternoon, or evening time.

You have an understanding of medical topics, experience in the medical field is a plus.
