Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer/Specialist

This will be an important position in the growth roadmap supporting the design, deployment and support of mission-critical applications.

Job Title: Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer/Specialist

Job Location: Mississauga

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days Remote)

The Office is located at the boundary of Mississauga and Brampton and the job requires presence in the Office, a few days every week.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the voice and end point environment. Support of Cisco and other hardware gateways

Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IP telephony, voice, video, and mobility solutions.

Assist in software upgrades for existing Cisco voice deployments.

Monitor network connections and installations of Cisco network operating system software.

Configure and maintain network hardware and software.

Required Skills:

Expert in CUCM, CUC, Finesse, Webex and UCCX

Regular analog telephony - who can also provide guidance and work with voice specialists in the team to assist in the upgrade from CUCM 12.5 to 14.5 or 15, etc.

Ideal candidate should have CCIE Collaboration or equivalent experience

Strong hands-on experience in complex enterprise Unified Communication platforms

Expert-Level experience in Configuring and Administration of High Availability environments for Unified Communication technologies, Direct Routing, and SBCs environments.
