WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Sales Coordinator acts as a bridge between the Sales and Production team, ensuring that scopes of work are accurate and properties meet Revive’s qualifications. A successful Sales Coordinator will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions and be familiar with residential renovation projects.

One of the reasons homeowners and real estate agents choose Revive for their renovation projects is the speed, transparency, and quality of our work. Sales Coordinators are a key component of that since they help clients understand our detailed scopes, scheduling Matterports, document gathering and underwriting, and contract coordination between homeowner, general contractor (GC), and Revive.

This is an onsite role and will work out of our Irvine headquarters 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

Discuss scopes of work in detail with contractors and assist in presenting scopes to agents and homeowners

Gather and organize the required documentation from homeowners and agents in order to proceed with renovation proposals and projects

Coordinate with Production and Design teams around scope of work and project estimates

Analyze comparable properties to provide valuations, ensuring detailed scopes of work are tailored to the client goals and nearby properties in the given market

Communicate with clients around project updates through phone, email, text, and Zoom

Work in close collaboration with Property Advisors and Owner’s Representatives to manage project pipeline

WHO YOU ARE:

Requirements

4+ years of real estate experience, ideally around home sales

Home renovations experience and knowledge of the construction process

Experience in the real estate underwriting process and documentation

Comfortable discussing project scopes in detail with contractors, colleagues, and clients

Ability to manage multiple projects across various stages of the process, involving multiple Revive team members

Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce

Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

Experience working for a pre-sale renovations company or a real estate agent specializing in listings

Total compensation will fall between 70-90k and is a combination of base plus commission.

Total Compensation (Base + Bonus/Commission)

$70,000—$90,000 USD
