Litigation Attorney

Minimum requirements:

LLB

2 Years' post admission experience working with Civil Litigation and Legal Collections

Right of appearance in the High Court will be beneficial

Experience working with Levy Collections and general Debt Collection

Experience working with Insolvency Law advantageous

Experience drafting contracts and agreements

Experience working with Foreclosure will be beneficial
