Responsibilities:
Helping to lead the conceptualization of design projects and providing creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and addressing complex design challenges
Collaborating with the design team to create and produce diverse design materials, spanning digital graphics, print collateral, and branding elements
Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for design projects
Conducting thorough research to stay abreast of design trends
Assisting in preparing design files for production, offering support during the printing process
Guiding and overseeing the work of junior designers to foster a collaborative and creative work environment
Maintaining organized file management and documenting design assets effectively
Manage multiple requests and prioritise accordingly, communicating effectively with team members to manage expectations, collect feedback and iterate
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design and at least 4-5 years experience in the field of design
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Video Editing skills
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative ability
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team
