We are Better Together!

Our Hospice of South Central IN is looking for a professional, experienced Talent Engagement Partner. You will be responsible for active and passive recruiting of clinical and non-clinical staff of Palliative and Hospice Center while focusing on initiatives that will reinforce culture and engagement of current employees. This is a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter who would like to expand into retention strategies and working closely with a strong HR team.

A Talent Engagement Partner will:

Develop, analyzes and drives employment marketing strategy addressing the unique needs of each market.

Cultivate relationships and serves as a liaison between hiring manager, students, and candidates and aligning open position needs.

Leads full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and pre-hire assessment for presenting the most qualified candidate for hiring managers.

Create and implement engagement indicatives that foster mission and engagement of staff including leading the employee retention committee, different events for employees and strengthen recognition and engagement within company with retention tools such as reward, recognition and relationships.

Partner with social media/creative service teams to proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need/opening.

A Talent Engagement Partner at Our Hospice needs:

Education

Bachelor Degree with one-three years recruiting and retention experience in healthcare setting preferred

Licensure

Valid Indiana Driver’s License.

Skills

Strong computer skills

Marketing, relationship building skill set with experience trending and anticipating needs of a recruitment and retention department.
