I. Job responsibilities

User operation; user referral; social network/private domain operation

1. Help the APP accumulate the first batch of users, complete user retention, screen Seed Users, and help Seed Users grow on the platform

2. Maintain user engagement rate, collect user issues during the use of Zestbuy APP, and summarize them into BRD documents.

3. Organize offline activities such as user meetings or user interviews

4. Regularly collect User Experience and organize it into effective market insights to help the company plan product iteration plans

5. Help the product team conduct product user research and test product features.

6. Manage local Thai agency, monitor project progress, ensure timely and quality output

II. Job Requirements

E-commerce industry experience, Thai, language and communication skills

1. Experience in releasing apps locally in Thailand and obtaining the first batch of Seed Users.

2. Master the method of user referral; have the skills to develop users through private domain platforms such as social platforms and communities

3. More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce or influencer alliances, social e-commerce or related industries, working experience in Lazada or Shopee is preferred

4. Understand the business operations model and alliance marketing logic of SHP and LAZ platforms, preferably with practical operation experience

5. Familiar with market conditions and user usage in e-commerce evaluation, Internet celebrity LIVE, creator cybertribe operations, etc

6. Have user communication skills and the ability to solve new problems

7. Experience in participating in e-commerce promotions, understanding the logic of promotion planning and execution, with priority given to those with experience in key industries.

8. The position is local operation in Thailand, Thai people are preferred; proficient in English, can be used as a working language.

9. Can communicate collaboratively with the Chinese team, mastering Chinese is a bonus

10. Has affinity and good interpersonal skills, can communicate with users, and discover real problems

11. Have project management skills and can handle complex scenarios, including but not limited to event planning, product problem feedback, etc. If you have experience in APP launch and Seed User operation, you will receive bonus points

III. Remuneration

1. According to the corresponding job level of the company * Thailand income coefficient
