I. Job responsibilities

Content operation; channel/agency cooperation

1. Establish and maintain partnerships with local creators and Internet celebrity agencies in Thailand.

2. Establish and maintain affiliate departments with SHP and LAZ, and establish KOL cooperation channels

3. Draft creator reward plan, find suitable rates and settlement methods

4. Maintain the active level of creators, ensure the richness of content on the zestbuy app, monitor industry trends, and provide timely feedback on changes and updates in the marketing direction of mainstream e-commerce platforms.

5. Mastering the relevant knowledge of content moderation can assist the product team in content moderation related work

6. Collect feedback from creators on product usage, communicate with the product team in a timely manner, and propose preliminary BRD.

7. Help the product team conduct product user research

II. Job Requirements

E-commerce industry experience, Thai, language and communication skills

1. Understand the market situation of local e-commerce evaluation, Internet celebrity LIVE, and creator cybertribe operations in Thailand

2. More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce or influencer alliances, social e-commerce or related industries, working experience in Lazada or Shopee is preferred

3. Understand the business operations model and alliance marketing logic of SHP and LAZ platforms, preferably with practical operation experience

4. Experience in participating in e-commerce promotions, understanding the logic of promotion planning and execution, with priority given to those with experience in key industries.

5. The position is local operation in Thailand, Thai people are preferred; proficient in English, can be used as a working language.

6. Can communicate collaboratively with the Chinese team, mastering Chinese is a bonus

7. Has good interpersonal skills and can quickly establish contact with partners

8. Have project management skills and can handle complex scenarios, including but not limited to event planning, product problem feedback, etc. If you have experience in APP launch and Seed User operation, you will receive bonus points

III. Remuneration
