This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Strategist with a proven track record in sales, an understanding of various sales channels, and a solid grasp of IT concepts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and may also possess a background in software development to provide comprehensive product knowledge.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of our proprietary platform through various channels, including but not limited to email campaigns, phone calls, online marketplaces like Upwork, and other innovative methods. You will be the frontline ambassador of our product, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively pitching the benefits and features of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach efforts via email, phone, and other relevant mediums.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our product offerings to meet their needs.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and create compelling sales collateral.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our platform in the market.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of various sales techniques and mediums, including email marketing, cold calling, and online marketplaces.

Knowledge of IT concepts and terminology, with the ability to articulate technical features to non-technical audiences.

Previous experience or background in software development is a plus, providing a deeper understanding of the product.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey value propositions.
