As an Inventory Manager at Bravado International Group, you will serve as the essential link between Production departments and Supply Chain Vendors, ensuring the accuracy of physical goods and systems. This position is based out of the DC in Nashville, TN and will oversee various aspects of inventory management, including:

Overview

Inbound receiving and resolving receiving discrepancies promptly.

Monitoring product quality and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Manage cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Handling receiving purchase orders (POs) and inbound notifications.

Prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Managing returns efficiently.

Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Overseeing product lifecycle management and obsolescence.

Managing scrapping processes when necessary.

Coordinating distribution activities.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

Support day to day business processes in close collaboration with Bravado (eComm, retail, tour) and UML, Production and Operations teams and Vantiva Operations teams for all key business processes:

Receiving and put away (including problem resolution area) for normal and priority product deliveries.

Maintain stock reports in Bravado’s inventory systems (Microsoft Navision, AtVenu, WMS)

Perform inventory reconciliations and adjustments for all channels within the distribution network.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in returns.

Manage inventory cycle count program and physical inventory.

Manage inbound and outbound inventory transfers in Navision.

Analyze excess inventory and shrinkage.

Collaborate with tour and production to consolidate end tour inventories.

Value added services (folding, bagging, stickering, rework, etc.)

Assist with Inventory disposition strategy and end-of-product lifecycle.

Process sales orders related to artist and management comps.

Perform end tour final inventory analysis and adjustments for Royalties department.

Provide backup support for other roles in the Bravado Operations teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, production, or related field, preferred.

3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Efficient in time management, planning, prioritizing, and multitasking.

Outstanding organization skills with ability to prioritize workload.

Strong quantitative analytical skills

Research-oriented, have an acute attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Dedicated team player

Eager to learn and adaptable in different environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (V-look ups, Pivot tables, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Navision and AtVenu is a plus.
