Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibility
Manage Department expense and headcount through annual budget and monthly forecast
Work with stakeholders to explore and drive Department strategic cost management
Facilitate expense management on Bank-wide operational costs by analysing and monitoring with relevant units
Management Tool Kit planning, execution and reporting
Prepare cross countries billing between countries and perform reconciliation
Present analytics for management to support strategic decision making
Regular/ routine tasks on expense management
Participate related system roll out and ad-hoc project implementation
Maintain and modify Metrics Dashboard
Requirement
Degree in Finance, Accounting or other closely related field
7 years+ relevant work experience in business/ financial planning and analysis
Prior exposure to budgeting processes, driving budget and forecast strategically
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholders’ management as a team player
Attention to detail, proactive and willing to learn
Strong analytical skills and PC skills
