HOURS: 12-hour night shift, 7:00 pm-7:00 am, on a 3, 2, 2, 3 schedule

They’re seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor to join their expanding team, where you'll excel as a communicator, problem-solver, and advocate for excellence. This role promises a clear path to higher management within 3-5 years.

About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in producing high-quality products. We're looking for someone with leadership experience, technical proficiency, and a drive for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of supervisory (leadership) experience.

• 2+ years of supervisory /leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.

• Ability to work night shifts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with technical and mechanical understanding.

• Experience in medical device manufacturing and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and SAP preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to grow into higher management roles.
