Our agency is looking for a producer/csr that is familiar with the Farmers dash board and confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity and customer service.

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Document each customer contact in Apex.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Requirements

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
