Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation and review of the company's tax returns, ensuring accuracy, timely submission and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Conduct detailed tax research and analysis on various complex tax issues and provide clear, concise and practical tax advice.

Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Oversee tax accounting processes, ensuring the accurate reporting of tax-related financial information.

Liave with external auditors and tax consultants, providing necessary information and answering queries to facilitate smooth audits.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is informed of any changes that may impact its operations.

Provide tax advisory services to the senior management, advising on the tax implications of business decisions and strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Details

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a CPA certification would be a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, tax research, tax preparation, and tax advisory roles, preferably within the finance industry.

In-depth knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tax legislation and apply it to real-world business scenarios.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in the use of tax preparation and accounting software.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
