Job Details

Job Description:

Lead/coordinate project sites/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources

Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Foreman/Assistant Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects

Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and client relation skills
